First stage of the investment
In the I stage around
108 houses (A,B,C,D types) in the northern
part of the estate are planned to be built.
Planned completion date of the investment-
August 2007
Second stage of the investment
In the II stage around
100 houses (A,B,C,D type) are planned to
be built. Along with the space development
of the investment also its greenery system
and recreational part(sports fields, playgrounds)
will be formed.
